When We Live In Fear, We make Ourselves Susceptible To Illness!

If you live in fear of what might happen, you trigger the stress responses in your body. The body has the ability to naturally repair itself, it can kill cancer cells, fight infections, repair broken proteins in the body, and slow down ageing. These natural repair mechanisms can ONLY work if our nervous system is relaxed.

When we have a thought and the amygdala (two almond shaped objects at the base of either side of your brain) in our primal lizard brain believes that you are being threatened, as it would be if anyone told you that you have a 1 in 2 chance for men or 1 in 2.5 chance in women of getting cancer in your lifetime – your body’s natural self-repair mechanisms will deactivate itself. When this happens, you’re at a great risk of getting cancer and other illnesses.

What you believe about your health is likely to come true. Whether what you believe is real or imagined, truth or a lie your subconscious will accept because it does not reason. We are to think on things that are pure, right, excellent, praiseworthy, lovable, admirable, noble and true. According to your belief be it done unto you.

Your mind and your body are your business, and you are the gatekeeper of your mind. We have to be careful how we think because our life is shaped by our minds. It’s your responsibility to be careful about what you think. The thoughts you put into your brain repeatedly form your belief system which then becomes programmed into your subconscious mind and controls your life until it is renewed.
